Just discovered your blog. I am interested in similar things. Especially monasticism.
Just discovered Burford in fact, thanks to a Brasilian osb oblate. Sseems quite an interesting - and new - initiative, although there is (was) Turvey Abbey, Olivetan, where the abbeys are adjacent and where men and women pray together.
Your bog seems interesting but I just had a quick look. I'll be back.
Kind regards from Belgium and a peaceful new year filled with faith, hope and love !

welcome

  • dekhomai: to welcome; to receive hospitality; to take with the hand; the welcoming place; grant access to a stranger; not to refuse friendship; give ear to; embrace; not to reject

dekhomai postcards

  • the Jesus prayer
the set of dekhomai postcards for the london mind body spirit festival. on one side is a lovely image and on the reverse a spiritual exercise. lots of people are unsure how to pray - these cards offer some things to try that will help... come and pick them up on the stand where we will be giving them away free.
